The Oakville Lakeside Residents' Association is a volunteer non-profit organization.

Founded in 1966 as Oakville's first residents' association, we have been a strong voice for our neighbourhood on heritage and planning matters, the revitalization of Downtown Oakville, Oakville Trafalgar Community Centre, Midtown Oakville and trees & green-space.

 

We have supported WeLoveOakville campaigns to oppose: amalgamation, the opening of the Greenbelt, the development of Glen Abbey Golf Course and the Housing Affordability Task Force.

 

We are members of the Mayor's Community Leader's Round Table and we collaborate with our neighbouring residents' associations on issues that affect us all.
