She is currently taking a break from work to raise her young family and beautiful Old English sheepdog. Anya is a strong advocate of a sustainable, unique, thriving downtown Oakville. Chris works for CIBC, where he runs FX and IR derivatives, and can often be seen walking the streets with Dougal, smoking a nice Cuban cigar!

They have lived in Oakville since 1984, and moved to 275 King Street in 1997. In 2016, after a sixteen year break working, then holidaying and sailing in Europe, they returned to King Street and conducted an extensive renovation to the house and garden.
Duncan and Liz appreciate their good fortune live in such a special area and welcome those who, like they themselves used to do, come here with their family to walk and enjoy Old Oakville. He feels a responsibility to help find ways to preserve the heritage of the area while being responsive to the pressing issues of the 2020’s and to keep this part of Oakville both livable for the residents and enjoyable for all.
