Roseville Properties Inc. will be applying to the Town of Oakville for a Zoning By-Law Amendment for their lands located at 104-144 Robinson Street/80 Navy Street. The Development Concept Proposes 10 Street Townhouse Units fronting the south side of Robinson Street. The lands are currently zoned to permit a 13 Unit Apartment Building with Underground Parking Garage. We invite you to attend the Virtual Public Information Meeting to view the exhibits, obtain additional information, and provide comments with respect to the proposal, to be held on Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 7:00 pm.
